We understand the COVID Pandemic has had a tremendous effect on our students mentally, socially and emotionally. We have enlisted several community partners to give our staff the tools to assist our students needs. Our Family Resource Center (FRC) received a grant to address SEL (social and emotional learning) and mental health support for students, families and staff. Our school counselor has begun implementing several self help and social skill activities. Our school psychologist continues to see students who may be struggling in school. We also have a school based therapist from MEBS to see students. Our teachers, staff and our administrator teams support and encourage families to reach out to the school if you feel your student is struggling emotionally or mentally. We our trying to address our students needs individually and as a group as needed.
